In other consultatns, part of the communication during support period can be managed by non-qualified consultants and handling multiple cases at the same time. Conversely, only a certain amount of cases will be served by us for a time period to ensure the best qualitied service delivered.

Other consultants may view consultation as a one-off delivery. We'm here to be your partner of your journey. We'll provide on-going support after the consultation period end with monthly check in calls to provide tips.

How We Work With You

Meet Moonpool via video chat to get to know each other and see if we can able to help.

After payment is completed and next consultation time slot locked in, an sleep diary form will be sent over asking about your little one’s 3-4 days routine for assessment.

Moonpool will then have a private consultation for 60-90 mins to discuss the cause of the sleep challenge, set the sleep goals together with you and discuss the step-by-step guide for implementing a healthy sleep plan.

You will be supported by myself in the form of unlimited Whatsapp texting / 10 minutes every working day to address any questions you have about sleep.

Depends on the package you’re selected, there’ll be monthly check-in calls after the 3 weeks consulation end. This is designed to check in your progress and provide sleep education to help with future potential sleep challenges like travel.
