MoonLight.SleepTight Sleep Programme Consultation

The MoonLight.SleepTight Sleep programme (the client agreement) is between MoonLight.SleepTight Baby Sleeping Consultant (MoonLight.SleepTight) and the client.

The purchase of a Sleep Programme Consultation (the “Consultations”) will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Sleep Plan Confidentiality Agreement

In respect of each programme (the “Programme”) granted by MoonLight.SleepTight to the client, the client agrees to keep this sleep plan confidential and not share or distribute it to any third party who is not a Client.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • The full fee for Moonlight.SleepTight services is due on booking your consultation with MoonLight.SleepTight Baby Sleep Consultant.

  • If the Sleep Programme is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply:

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded

    • 24-48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded

    • More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client

  • If a client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time, Moonlight.SleepTight, on a case by case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 1 week of the original booking time.

Termination Clause

  • Moonlight.SleepTight reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of The Moonlight.SleepTight cancelling, the client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.

  • During the programme duration, Moonlight.SleepTight reserves the right to terminate the client agreement without a refund to the client. The following would be causes for termination of the client agreement by MoonLight.SleepTight.

    • Instances and/or discussions of inconsistencies or unwillingness to implement the sleep plan or advice received from MoonLight.SleepTight as documented in support communications for both parties to see.

    • Disrespectful and/or rude comments and/or tone during interactions towards MoonLight.SleepTight.

    • If the client’s child’s age is found under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to MoonLight.SleepTight.

Business Hours

Moonlight.SleepTight is here to help the child. Moonlight.SleepTight will not respond to any communication outside the hours outlined in the guidelines until the next business day. Typical working hours are in Hong Kong time zone as follows:

Monday to Friday

3pm to 5am Hong Kong time

7am to 9pm UK time

Saturday, Sundays and mandated Hong Kong public holidays and UK bank holidays Moonlight.SleepTight is closed.

There is rare occasion MoonLight.SleepTight has a family emergency day or from time-to-time is on holiday / schedules a day off, the client’s programme will be subject to change, agreed upon in advance, and impacted days will be added to the end of my sleep programme.

MoonLight.SleepTight Commitment

  • MoonLight.SleepTight advises to the best of their ability, experience and training. The plan is personalised for the sole benefit of the child.

  • MoonLight.SleepTight provides the client with a plan. If the client choose not to implement the changes, MoonLight.SleepTight will not offer a refund.

  • MoonLight.SleepTight does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
